Yanel Gonzalez is a property manager for Realty Asset Management. For over fifteen years, she has managed residential and multifamily housing, receiving accolades from both ownership and property residents. Yanel is a remarkable talent at reimagining properties and spearheading programmatic and physical improvements. She consistently increases revenues while creating communities her residents are proud to call home. Her passion for impacting lives began at her birth home in Puerto Rico. From a young age, Yanel aspired to do great things and remained committed to her life’s purpose: helping others realize their potential. Her faith, perseverance and winning personality continue to advance her career. Yanel holds the following licenses: National Public Housing Manager; Community Association Manager, Community Association Manager Firm, and Public Notary. A proven leader in her professional and personal life, her success is a dream realized. She is the proud  mother of three. Her hobbies include charitable giving and community outreach.
